Small frequent meals, less of the gas forming foods like rajma and a short walk after eating really helps. Dont take any gas tablet on your own though. If pain is bad, ask your doctor.
Beta a little ajwain water or saunf after meals used to give me relief. Warm water through the day also helps. Just eat slowly and dont lie down right after eating.
Gas was the worst for me, so bloated all the time. Eating smaller meals more often and chewing slowly helped a lot. Also I avoided fried and very spicy food which made it worse.
