Im 8 weeks and the vomiting is just non stop, cant keep even water down some mornings. Smell of anything cooking makes it worse. Anyone has small tricks that worked for u? im really struggling.
Beta try a little ginger in warm water or suck on a lemon, it settled my daughter in law's nausea. Eat small small through the day, never a heavy meal. But if vomiting is too much and you cant drink water, do show the doctor, dont just bear it.

I kept dry snacks and lemon sweets in my bag for office, lifesavers honestly. Small bites every couple of hours worked better than big meals. If it is interfering with everything, ask your gynac, there are safe options they can give.
