Simplest thing, walk into any diagnostic lab and ask for a beta hcg test, results come same day usually. I did it on my lunch break, super quick. More accurate than the home kit too.

The blood test checks for beta hcg, the pregnancy hormone, and it can detect it earlier than urine kits. My doctor said it can even tell roughly how far along by the hcg number. You just go to a lab and give a blood sample, no fasting needed.
