For me, since my periods were always irregular due to PCOS, I couldn't rely on a missed date. I had to track my ovulation and then did a beta hCG blood test which is the most accurate way to detect it early.

A home kit is great, but getting a beta hCG blood test confirmed it for me. Since I had thyroid issues, my doctor wanted me to do blood tests early on to adjust my dosage right away, so regular doctor visits are a must.
I missed my period by 3 days and checked with a home kit which showed a faint line. I am still so nervous, did anyone else also get a super faint line in the very beginning?
Yaar, actually a home pregnancy test is the easiest way once you miss your period. Just make sure to use the first morning urine because that's when the hormone levels are highest.
