How to detect pregnancy in one week?

I'm trying to figure out if I'm pregnant as early as possible. Is there any way to reliably detect pregnancy within just one week of conception or a missed period? I'm so anxious to know!

Pls wait for a bit, 1 week post conception tests can give false negatives which can be heartbreaking. Since I had severe complications earlier, I always suggest going to a doctor for a blood test instead of guessing.
