How to differentiate between pregnancy and periods symptoms?
This is driving me mad honestly, the breast soreness and cramps feel exactly the same as my pms every month. We are ttc so each time i confuse myself. How do u guys tell the difference before testing?
I felt my usual period signs so I assumed periods were coming, but they never did. For me the nausea and the extreme tiredness felt different and stronger than my normal PMS. Still, the test is what confirmed it.
I drove myself mad trying to read every twinge as a sign. Same confusion as you. In the end I just had to wait and test, the symptoms really do feel similar.
Honestly they overlap a lot yaar, sore breasts, cramps, mood swings happen in both. The clearest difference is a missed period and a positive test. The symptoms alone will just confuse you.
