How to differentiate period and pregnancy symptoms?
My period is due in couple days and im feeling all the usual stuff, sore breasts, little cramps, tiredness. But this month we were trying so part of me is hoping its something else. How do u even tell the difference, they feel so similar yaar.
It's tricky because both feel alike beta. Watch for flow being unusually light, extra tiredness, and tender breasts lasting longer than usual. But a quiet wait and one test will give you the clear answer.
My doctor said symptoms alone cant tell, they're too similar. But she pointed out implantation spotting is lighter than a period, and pregnancy nausea and frequent peeing tend to stick around. Surest way is a test, symptoms only give hints.
Yaar dont drive yourself mad analysing every cramp, I did that for days. Wait for the missed period and take a test, thats it. Symptoms will only confuse you more, trust me.
Omg I went through this confusion exactly! My PMS and early pregnancy felt identical. The only clear thing for me was when my period didnt come and the cramps were milder. Test confirmed it finally.
Honestly they overlap a lot, sore breasts, mood swings, cramps, both can have. The real difference makers are a missed period, light spotting instead of full flow, and nausea. Don't guess, just do a home test after your period is due.
