This is not something to be done at home or by reading online, please. A D and C is a small procedure done by a doctor in a clinic under proper care. Whatever your situation, sit with your gynac and let them guide you safely.
I went through this and I know it's a hard place to be in. It was done in the hospital by my doctor, fully managed by them, nothing I did myself. Please lean on your gynac and someone close to you, dont go through it alone.
It's a medical procedure that only a doctor performs, there's no DIY way and it'd be dangerous to try. If your doctor has advised it, they'll explain the steps and aftercare. Just go to a proper hospital, okay.
