First time pregnant and im feeling a bit lost about everything tbh. Like what all should i be doing and taking care of in these months. Looking for some general tips from experienced mommas here.
Just take care of the basics and dont overthink everything you read online. Rest when tired, eat properly and follow your gynac. You are doing better than you think.
Keep it simple, eat home cooked balanced food, drink enough water, walk a bit if doc allows and sleep well. Go for all your regular gynac checkups and take your prescribed vitamins. Dont stress over every small thing, take it day by day.
Plan your day with small breaks, keep healthy snacks handy and dont skip meals even if busy. I managed work and pregnancy by not overloading myself. And never miss your doctor appointments, schedule them in advance.
Stay calm, eat well and keep your mind peaceful, that means a lot in these months. Take rest, do light prayers and look after yourself. Everything else will fall into place beta.
