Im in my 2nd trimester and feeling thoda heavy and lazy all day. My gynac said light movement is fine but I honestly dont know what is safe to do at home. Anyone here who does some simple exercises, pls share what works for u.
I am actually trying to conceive right now and was thinking about this too. My mother in law says doing light house work is good enough, but maybe asking a gynac first is better. All the best to u!
Exercises helped me so much for my normal delivery. I used to do simple butterfly stretches and squatting, but only after my 5th month. Pls do it under some trainer guidance na, it really helps.
Hey, same here, currently in my 20th week and so confused. Did u guys also feel super tired to even start yoga? I only manage 15 mins of light walk because I get scared of straining myself.
Honestly i was so scared to even bend down during my first trimester! I kept calling my gynac for every small movement. Just stick to normal slow walking dear, dont try anything heavy unless your doctor gives a green signal.
When I had GD, my doctor strictly told me to walk for 15-20 mins after every meal to keep my sugar down. But pls dont do intense workouts without checking your reports first. Focus on healthy eating too!
