We have been trying to conceive for a few months now and somebody suggested looking up some guidance videos on positions and timing. Honestly im a bit shy to search this openly. Did any of you find something useful that actually helped?
Honestly you dont need videos for this, theres no magic position. What matters more is timing it around your fertile days. Track your cycle and just relax about the rest, it worked for me both times.
I would skip the random videos online, a lot of it is just misleading. If youre trying to conceive, a proper pre-conception chat with your gynac is far more useful. They explain the actual fertile window and timing clearly.
From what I have heard around, the whole position obsession is overrated. Regular intercourse every couple of days through the fertile window is the practical advice. If its taking long, then a doctor visit is the right next step, not videos.
I was also too shy to ask anyone this in person. Honestly what reassured me was reading that regular intercourse around ovulation is enough, nothing complicated. We just stopped overthinking it and it felt better.
