My doc mentioned kegels and pelvic floor stuff but didnt really show me how, and i was too shy to ask details. Im 22 weeks. Can someone explain how to actually do these properly at ghar?
I just had my baby and doing Kegels daily really helped with my labor. Start slow, just squeeze your pelvic muscles like you are holding urine, and release.
I did Kegels and gentle pelvic tilts, which also helped keep my activity levels up for my sugar control. Just check with your doctor before starting any exercises.
Pelvic floor exercises like Kegels and butterfly stretches are great. But please get your gynac's clearance first, especially if you have any complications.
