We've been trying for a few months and nothing yet, getting a little disheartened. Wondering if timing or position actually makes a difference or its just luck. Would love to hear what worked for you, can dm too if shy.
I'll just say gently, the fertile window is the key thing and try not to let it become a stressful chore. If it doesn't happen in several months, please don't lose heart, getting a doctor's help early is wise, not a failure. We did and it changed everything for us.
We're also trying, so I get the question. What I learnt is to focus on the fertile window, ovulation time, and not pressure yourselves. Relaxing actually helps. Ovulation kits or a tracking app made it easier for me to know the right days.
From what I read while planning, timing matters most, the fertile days around ovulation, roughly the middle of your cycle. Trying every couple of days in that window helps. There's no magic position really, just relax and don't stress over it too much.
Timing around ovulation is the main thing. I have PCOS so my cycles were irregular and ovulation hard to predict, in that case a doctor can really help with tracking. If your cycles are regular, the mid-cycle days are your window. Be patient with yourself.
Honestly position doesn't matter as much as timing. Track your ovulation, the few days before and on ovulation are key, and be regular in that window. Don't overthink it. If nothing happens after several months, see a doctor for a check.
