I felt shy researching this too when we started trying. My doctor simply said focus on the fertile days and relax. That advice was more useful than any video honestly.
You dont really need a video for this, the main thing is timing around your fertile window. Track ovulation and try in those few days. If you have been trying a while without luck, a doctor can guide you properly.
Honestly there is no special technique a video will teach, it is mostly about timing with ovulation. Dont overcomplicate it. If conceiving is taking long, just see a gynac for proper guidance.
