I know im supposed to drink lots of water but honestly i just forget the whole day and then realise at night i barely had 3 glasses. The nausea also makes plain water feel yuck sometimes. How do you all manage to keep drinking, any tips?
Yaar plain paani gets boring actually. I used to add a bit of lemon or have nimbu paani, coconut water, chaas in between. Counts as fluids na and tastes nice so you finish it easily.
Drink a glass first thing in morning and one before each meal, that itself adds up fast. Soups, fruits with high water like watermelon also help. Dont gulp loads at once, sip through the day.
I made it fun by having buttermilk, fruit infused water and coconut water along with plain water. Felt less like a chore. Just dont go for sugary packed juices too much, that part I controlled.
Keep a 1 litre bottle on your desk and finish it by lunch, then refill. That's how I tracked without thinking. Easier than counting glasses when you are busy whole day.
I used a water reminder app and honestly it changed everything for me. It pings every hour and I just sip. Also keep a cute bottle near you always, you end up drinking without thinking.
