Im around 16 weeks and getting this dull pulling ache on the lower sides specially when i get up. Its not severe but uncomfortable enough to bother me through the day. What helped you ladies feel better?
My app had a section on this, it said most mild aches come from stretching ligaments or gas. Slow movements, hydration and a pregnancy pillow for support helped me. The app also flagged when pain is a red flag, basically anything severe or with bleeding means doctor right away.
Sometimes it's just gas and bloating honestly, that gave me sharp pains in pregnancy. Eating smaller meals, walking a bit after food and lots of water eased it for me. But pls dont ignore strong cramping or one sided sharp pain, get that checked.
Thoda pain toh hota hi hai na as baby grows. Rest karo, warm cloth lagao, gas ka khayal rakho. But agar zyada ho ya bleeding ke saath ho na, then doctor ko turant dikhao, mat ignore karo.
Mild round ligament type pain is common as the belly grows. What helped me was changing position slowly, resting, a warm (not hot) compress and not standing too long. But if the pain is severe, constant, or with bleeding or fever, dont try home stuff, call your doc.
I'd be a little careful here. Light stretching aches are normal, but I had pain that turned out to need attention, so I always say if it's intense, won't settle, or comes with spotting or dizziness, see your gynac fast. Better safe.
