Im 28 weeks now and my right hip pains so much especially at night when i turn in bed. Some mornings i can barely get up properly. What helped you all with this, pls share.
My hips have officially filed a complaint against me haha. The pillow between knees trick is gold, seriously. Also turning over in bed slowly instead of flipping like a fish helped.
A pillow between your knees while sleeping on the side helps a lot, it eased mine. Warm compress and gentle stretches when doc allows also work. Avoid standing too long in one position.
My doctor cleared some gentle prenatal stretches and they really helped my hips. Short slow walks too. Just dont start any exercise without your gynac okaying it for your stage.
Haan na, hip pain itna common hai in later months. Side pe sone se aur ek pillow knees ke beech rakhne se mujhe bohot aaram mila. Garam sikai bhi try kar lo.
