I bought dried apricots because constipation is troubling me, but I dont know how much is okay. Should they be soaked or eaten as it is? How did you include apricot in pregnancy diet?
I had a couple of fresh apricots washed well as a snack, or a few soaked dried ones. Keep the quantity sensible, like 2 to 3 a day. They are good for fibre and iron.
Beta dried khubani ko thoda soak karke kha lo, it is gentle on the stomach that way. Fresh ones bhi achhe hain, bas wash properly. Limit thoda rakho, zyada nahi.
Apricots are sweet, specially dried, so I kept the count low, a few only. If u watch sugar like I had to, stick to fresh in small amount. Wash well and eat in moderation.
I loved tossing chopped apricot into my curd or oats, so yum. A few fresh ones or soaked dried ones work great. Just dont eat a whole bowl in one sitting like the cravings tell u to haha.
