MIL keeps telling me to have badam daily for the baby but im not sure how. Soaked or raw, kitne, with skin ya without? Im in my 2nd trimester. Pls share how u all take it.
Hey! Badam are a great source of nutrients. Most common way is soaking them overnight and having 4-5 in the morning. Some people also add them to smoothies or grind them into a powder for milk. Just remember to always wash them properly and don't go overboard, moderation is key.
Badam are really good for you and baby, it's a blessing from nature. Just soak them overnight and then peel and eat in the morning. Stay positive and believe in good things, your baby will be healthy and strong with all this good food.
Oh badam! Yes, important for baby's brain development, maybe that's why I ate so many and my baby is super smart (and super stubborn, haha). Just eat them soaked or roasted, maybe hide them from your hubby if he likes them too much! Enjoy the healthy snack!
I was also wondering about badam! My mom says soak them, my MIL says just eat them raw... it's all so confusing for a first-timer na? I usually soak 5-6. Do you guys also get confused about such small things? Hope it's okay what I'm doing.
Haan na, badam toh khaana hi chahiye. Most easy way is to soak them overnight, remove skin in the morning and eat. My MIL used to make a paste with milk and cardamom, that was also nice. Just dont overdo it, thode hi khaana.
Honestly, badam are good but pls ask your gynac how many you should eat daily. Every body is different and what suits one might not suit another. My doctor told me a specific number, so better to check for your specific case.
Badam? Oh god, I just remembered I bought some to eat but never did because, well, sleep. If you can manage, soak 'em overnight. If not, just grab some from the packet and chew, anything is better than nothing when you're preggy and tired. Good luck, u can do it!
