My hb is on the lower side so doc told me to add beetroot. Problem is i dont really like the taste yaar. How do you all eat it, juice ya sabzi ya salad?
Beetroot is excellent for pregnancy, especially for iron. You can grate it into your salads, make a sabzi, add it to dals, or even juice it. Just make sure it's fresh, washed, and cooked well if you're not having it raw. A simple beetroot salad or raita is a good option.
Beetroot is known for its health benefits, especially for blood count, which is important in pregnancy. You can eat it cooked in sabzi or grated in salad. However, if you have any specific health conditions, like gestational diabetes or kidney issues, always check with your doctor or a nutritionist first. They can advise on the right quantity for you.
Beetroot? Oh, you can eat it in so many ways! Just not as a garnish on your ice cream, lol. Seriously though, juice it, grate it in salad, add to sabzi, make a halwa if you're feeling fancy. It's super good for you, especially for iron!
Beetroot is very good for you, full of iron. You can make a simple sabzi with it, or grate it raw into a salad. My MIL always made beetroot juice for me in the morning with a little ginger. Just wash it thoroughly before use, that's important.
Oh, I remember those days when I was trying to eat everything healthy for my baby. Beetroot is wonderful, it really helps with iron levels. I used to make a simple beetroot soup or add grated beetroot to my rotis sometimes. It made me feel like I was doing something good for my little one.
