First time pregnant and totally clueless about how my meals should be now. Like how many times, what to add, what to cut. Im in early weeks. Pls share how u all managed ur diet.

Eat small frequent meals instead of big heavy ones, it helps with nausea and acidity. Include dal, veggies, fruits, curd and some protein. Drink lots of water and dont skip meals.
At home they kept it simple, home cooked rice, sambar, veggies, curd and a fruit. Warm fresh food felt easy on my stomach. I balanced family advice with what my doctor said about nutrition.
I kept it practical, carried fruit and nuts to work and never skipped breakfast. Small meals every few hours kept my energy up. You dont need fancy, just regular and balanced.
