I love moong sprouts but someone told me raw wale safe nahi hote in pregnancy. So should i steam them or boil? Thoda confused, pls share how u all eat them.
Dont buy those expensive pre-packed sprouts from supermarkets, they have so much bacteria. Just make them at home in a clean cloth, it is cheap and safe. We need to save every penny for delivery charges and tests later.
Haan yaar, raw bilkul mat khana is time pe. Just boil them properly and add a little chaat masala, bohot tasty lagta hai. Fasting or raw food avoid hi karo toh achha hai na.
Oh god, the smell of raw sprouts made me throw up so much in my first trimester. I could only eat them when my mom boiled them nicely with some salt and lemon. Empathetic to your struggles, raw is just impossible.

Please check with your gynac once before eating any sprouts. Raw sprouts can carry bad bacteria which is risky in pregnancy. Better to cook them fully or avoid if doc says no.
