For theatre or maternity shoot props, a foam belly or even a balloon under the dress works. People online sell ready silicone bumps too. Whatever fits the occasion na.
If its for a film or fancy dress, people use a soft cushion or a rolled up dupatta tied snug, works great for photos haha. There are also silicone bump props online. Just for fun I hope.
