Im about 10 weeks and just not feeling like myself, mix of nausea and low mood most days. Some days are okay but mostly i feel blah. What small things helped u feel better? pls share.
I completely understand how hard and draining some days can feel, it is okay to feel down or tired. Just try to take it one day at a time, take deep breaths, and don't force yourself to be productive.
My secret formula was simple: sleep whenever possible and blame all my mood swings on the baby, haha! Seriously, just eat small snacks and don't try to be a superwoman right now.
When I was at my parents' house, my mom would make me fresh nimbu paani and light khichdi when I felt low. Just being around family and eating simple home-cooked meals really helps you feel physically and emotionally better.
Taking small, warm baths and eating light snacks every two hours worked wonders for me. Your body is doing so much work, so give yourself permission to just lie down and do absolutely nothing.
To feel better, make sure you rest and stay hydrated, but if you have continuous nausea or severe fatigue, please check with your gynac. Always play it safe during these nine months.
