Honestly, your body is just training you for the sleepless nights ahead with the baby! Try a warm milk cup or some calming music, because once the baby is here, insomnia will feel like a luxury compared to diaper duties!
Hahaha welcome to the club, sister! I am currently 34 weeks and my main night activity is staring at the ceiling and fighting the baby's kicks. A pregnancy pillow helps a bit, but mostly you just learn to live on 3 hours of sleep.
I remember those tearful nights of not being able to sleep, it was physically so draining. Just know that your body is doing a lot of hard work, don't pressure yourself to sleep, just rest your eyes when you can.
Cut down on screen time at least an hour before bed and keep your room cool. Also, try doing some light stretches in the evening, it really helps relax the muscles.
My tracker suggested keeping a fixed sleep routine and tracking water intake so you don't drink too much close to bedtime. Avoiding heavy dinners also helps prevent the acidity that keeps you awake.
