Count from the first day of your last period, that day starts week 1. Most pregnancy apps calculate the exact week if u enter that date. I loved checking mine every week to see baby updates, super easy.

Your week is counted from the first day of your last period, not from conception. Your gynac will confirm it at the first scan. Once u know it, just add a week every monday or whatever day your cycle started, simple.
