It's only been about 20 days since we tried and im too impatient to wait for the missed period. Is there any way to know this early? i know its soon but i cant stop thinking about it honestly.
My doc said a blood hcg test can pick it up a little before a urine kit, sometimes around the time of the expected period. Urine kits are more reliable after the missed date. So timing depends on where u are in ur cycle.
I know the waiting is torture, I counted every day too. But testing too early just gave me false negatives and more anxiety. Try to hold on till the missed period yaar, it saves u the stress.
At 20 days after the act it can be borderline for a home kit. Best is to wait till ur period is actually missed and test in the morning. If u cant wait, a blood test can detect it a bit earlier.
