I felt the same change after my baby and breastfeeding, it does affect a lot of us. A well fitting supportive bra made a real difference for me. Be gentle with yourself, your body did something amazing.
Once my doctor cleared me postpartum, light chest and posture exercises helped my upper body feel more toned. Nothing dramatic but it helped. Just dont rush into workouts before your checkup.
While breastfeeding things keep changing so I waited before judging. A good support bra and gentle moisturising helped me. Some firmness came back slowly on its own, give it time.
