How to gain baby weight in 9th month of pregnancy?
9th month chal raha hai and at my last scan doc said baby weight is thoda on the lower side. Im eating but want to know what others added in their diet to help. Pls share what worked for u.
According to my tracker app, the baby actually gains the maximum weight in these last few weeks, almost 200g a week! Focus on protein-dense foods like Greek yogurt, paneer, and eggs. Also make sure you track your water intake as proper hydration is super important now.
When I was in my 9th month, I didn't have time to prepare elaborate meals between work handovers. I just kept boiled eggs, roasted almonds, and high-protein lassi handy at my desk. It really helped boost baby's weight without adding too much prep time.
Arey, I am in my 9th month right now and honestly, I feel like a walking dining table because I'm eating constantly! My doctor told me to have bananas, paneer, and milk daily to help the baby pack on some fat. It is hard to eat with this huge belly, but we gotta do what we gotta do!
Oh god, I was so anxious about this in my 9th month, checking every weight chart online and driving myself crazy! I started eating bowlfuls of makhana and drinking milk twice a day thinking the baby is too small. But in the end, my baby was a very healthy weight, so please don't overthink like I did!
Please don't panic! I completely lost my sleep in week 35 when the scan showed low fetal weight, but my doctor reassured me that babies grow very fast in the last month. I just had small, frequent meals with ghee, milk, and nuts, and my baby was born perfectly healthy.
I completely understand the anxiety around your baby's growth, it is so natural to worry about every little scan report. Please take gentle care of your health, eat simple home-cooked dal, paneer and eggs, and talk to your gynac for any guidance. Sending you so much love.
During my 9th month, my doctor was very strict about checking my thyroid levels regularly, as thyroid issues can sometimes slow down the baby's weight gain. Keep eating good proteins like dals and boiled chana, and definitely go for your scheduled growth scans to monitor everything closely.
