My breasts have not changed much and I thought they would become bigger in pregnancy. I am only 9 weeks, so maybe it is early, but I feel worried about feeding later also, thoda silly maybe. When did you notice changes?
There isnt really a safe way to force size and you shouldnt try creams or pills for it during pregnancy. The hormonal changes do it naturally. If anything feels lumpy or painful in a worrying way, mention it to your gynac.
Trust me they will grow whether you ask them to or not haha. Mine became two sizes bigger and my husband joked I shud just enjoy the phase. Dont buy fancy expensive bras yet, size keeps changing.
Honestly you dont have to do anything, it happens on its own. Both my pregnancies my size went up by the second trimester without me trying. Just get a good soft maternity bra, the underwire ones start feeling tight.
They naturally fill up as your body gets ready for feeding, specially in the last months and after baby comes. I'd say just focus on comfort and supportive bras rather than size. Massaging with normal oil felt nice for the soreness too.
Actually yaar dont stress about this part, it just happens. Mine grew so much I had to buy new bras twice. Just keep them supported and moisturised, thats all.
I remember being shocked how fast they changed in my first few months. I felt sore and heavy even before my belly showed. So no special trick needed yaar, your body is already doing it for the milk.
