Im in second trimester and noticing changes but honestly want them to fill out more for feeding later. Is there anything that naturally helps? Curious what happened with you all.
Trust me you won't need to try, they show up uninvited and take over the wardrobe haha. Pregnancy hormones do the job. Just buy bigger soft bras and thank me later.
Honestly they grow on their own in pregnancy, hormones do that. Both times mine got bigger without me doing anything. Just invest in good supportive maternity bras, that matters more than trying to make them bigger.
They naturally get fuller as your body prepares for milk, especially later and after delivery. No need to force anything. Wear comfy bras with good support and moisturise to help with the stretching feeling.
I felt mine change so much in early pregnancy, sore and bigger. It just happens with the hormones. I didn't do anything special, just switched to softer supportive bras for comfort.
