Delivered 4 months back and honestly my breasts feel so different now, saggy and not the same shape. Im still feeding. Just want to know what helped others to get back some firmness na, pls share.
Be realistic na, after two babies and feeding they wont be exactly same as before and thats ok. A well fitted bra, light chest exercises and moisturising helps the look. The shape settling takes months after you stop nursing.
I totally understand this worry, mine changed a lot too after feeding and it made me feel low. Honestly it takes time, once you stop breastfeeding things settle down slowly. Be kind to yourself, our bodies did something amazing.
While you are feeding they will stay fuller and change size, thats normal. A good supportive bra makes a big difference, I wore one even at night. After weaning they go softer and find a new normal, dont expect exactly pre pregnancy.
Some change is permanent and some improves over time, mainly after you finish breastfeeding. Gentle exercises for chest muscles and keeping skin moisturised help. If you have specific concerns like lumps or pain, do mention to your doctor.
Don't stress too much over this please. Decent supportive bras, stay hydrated, eat well and give it time after feeding stops. Most of us are in the same boat, it gets better.
After my doc cleared me postpartum I started light chest and posture exercises, they helped firm things up a bit. Standing straight also makes a visible difference honestly. Slow and steady.
