Married since 2 years and now we feel ready for a baby. Dont want to stress too much about it but also want to do things right from start. Any small tips that helped you conceive? open to all suggestions.
Just a gentle word, if your cycles are irregular it can take longer and thats okay, dont blame yourself. With my PCOS i needed a doctor's help to track ovulation properly. If you've been trying a while, getting checked early is smart, not a failure.
Be patient and kind to yourself first, stress really doesnt help. Track ovulation, keep healthy habits, and give it a few months. If it doesnt happen in about a year, or 6 months if you're older, do see a fertility specialist. There's always help available.
Main thing is tracking your fertile days around ovulation and trying then. Stay healthy, eat well, cut down stress, both partners should be in good health. Take folic acid too. Both my pregnancies happened once i started tracking properly.
An ovulation tracking app changed the game for me. Knowing my fertile window meant we werent just guessing. Add ovulation strips for accuracy. Plus healthy diet, less junk, folic acid. It made conceiving so much more straightforward.
Relax first, beta, stress is the biggest hurdle people forget. Eat nourishing food, stay active, know your fertile days and let nature do its bit. Give it time. And if you ever feel stuck, a doctor's guidance is always there for you.
