Me and my husband just started trying and honestly im a little impatient. I know it can take time but I really want it to happen soon. Any tips on timing or what helped you conceive fast?
My doctor told me to start folic acid before trying, maintain healthy weight, and focus on the fertile window which is roughly the 5-6 days around ovulation. She also said give it up to a year before worrying. Ovulation kits helped me figure out my days.
Yaar take the stress off the one month deadline. Eat good, sleep good, track ur fertile days and just enjoy the process. Stressing about it every cycle honestly doesn't help.
I'll be honest, with my PCOS my cycles were irregular so one month was never realistic for me. If your periods are not regular please see a gynac, they can help track ovulation properly. Don't feel bad if it takes time, every body is different.
We are also trying and I felt the same one-month rush at first. My elder sis told me to just relax, eat well, take folic acid as doctor said, and not stress about exact one month. The pressure actually makes it harder na.
Timing is the main thing. Track your ovulation, usually around mid cycle, and try in those fertile days. But honestly even healthy couples don't always get it in one month, it can take a few cycles, totally normal. Dont put a one month pressure on yourself.
There's no magic trick to guarantee one month, sweetie. Just take care of your health, know your ovulation days and be patient with your body. If a few months pass without luck, then a doctor visit is worth it. Don't lose heart.
