My cycle is short, comes every 22 days only. Everyone online talks about 28 day cycle and day 14 ovulation so im totally lost about my timing. How do u even track the right days with such a short cycle?
With a short 22 day cycle, ovulation happens earlier, probably around day 8 or so. That means your fertile days come sooner after your period than the usual mid cycle rule. Ovulation kits can help you catch it, and your gynac can confirm the timing.
For a 22 day cycle, count back about 14 days from the expected next period, so ovulation is quite early. Track those earlier fertile days closely. An ovulation kit takes out the guesswork.
Short cycles can be tricky to time, I had irregular ones with pcos and the standard rules didnt fit me. Ovulation kits and a doctor's input helped me figure out my window. Dont go just by the calendar if your cycle is unusual.
