We just started trying and honestly im in a hurry because of family pressure. I know it takes time but i want to give it our best shot this cycle. Any tips on what really helps?
Take a breath dear, these things happen in their own time. Eat well, stay relaxed, track your cycle and let it be natural. Stress actually makes it harder. If it doesn't happen over a few months then talk to a doctor, but dont panic over one month.
I really feel for the hope in this question. Just gently, conceiving in exactly one month isn't something anyone can guarantee, and that's okay and normal. Focus on health, cycle timing and patience, and if time passes a fertility doctor can guide you with no pressure. Wishing you the best.
Same boat here, I've been reading up a lot. Apparently the fertile days are the few days before and on ovulation. Folic acid before conception is also commonly recommended. But yeah, one month isn't realistic to bank on, it's normal for it to take time.
We are also trying since recently, and what I read is timing around your ovulation days matters most. There's no guarantee in one month though, sometimes it takes a few cycles even when everything is fine. Try not to put too much pressure on yourselves.
I had PCOS so I know the wanting-it-now feeling, but please dont expect one month, it varies so much. Ovulation tracking helps. If your cycles are irregular or it's been a while, a gynac can check things and guide you properly, no shame in that.
Honestly no one can promise one month, it's partly luck. But to improve chances, track your fertile window (around ovulation), be intimate during those days, and both of u stay healthy. If nothing happens in several months, then see a doctor. Don't stress in just one cycle.
