Im in my 7th month and honestly i havent slept properly in weeks. Either im turning side to side all night or i wake up 3-4 times. By morning i feel more tired than when i went to bed. anyone found something that helped them sleep deeper?
Beta in our time we used to have warm haldi milk before bed, just a small glass, very soothing. A little oil massage on feet at night also calms the body. Nothing harmful, just keep it simple and ask your doctor if any new symptom.
Stop drinking too much water right before bed, that was my mistake first time. I shifted most of my water intake to daytime so I wasnt running to bathroom every hour at night. Big difference.
I used a sleep sound app with rain sounds, sounds silly but it knocked me out. Also fixed my sleep time same daily, the trackers kept showing my deep sleep went up when timing was consistent. Worth a try.
Deep sleep in pregnancy is basically a myth I chased for 9 months haha. But the pregnancy pillow between my knees was the one thing that actually helped, before that I was just rolling around like a beached whale.
It gets harder as belly grows, totally normal. Dont fight it too much, even rest with eyes closed counts. Use lots of pillows to prop yourself, comfort is everything right now.
I keep waking at 3am and cant fall back, anyone else? I started leaving my phone outside the room and that helped a bit. Also sleeping on left side felt more comfy for me, did it feel same for you all?
