We are also just starting to try. I read that timing around ovulation matters most. A doctor can guide better in your language, ours was very kind about explaining.
Dont put pressure on yourself, conceiving takes its own time for everyone. Eat well, rest and see a gynac if you have doubts. Many clinics have Tamil speaking staff who explain nicely.
If you are trying to conceive, track your fertile days and stay healthy, my family also gave the same advice. But for proper guidance please see a doctor who can explain in Tamil too. Dont stress, take it calmly.
