Ok this might sound silly but everyone in ghar keeps telling me eat saffron, drink milk for fair baby. Im 5 months now. Does any of this actually work or it's just an old saas-wala myth? Curious what others heard.
Haha, if eating saffron or coconut made babies fair, my twins would have been white as paper because I had so much of it! It's all genetics, ladies. Save your energy for diaper duties instead!
The moment you hold your healthy baby in your arms, you won't care about fair or dark skin at all, trust me. Their tiny fingers and soft breath are the most beautiful things in the world. Just pray for a healthy little one!
Ghar pe bade-boodhe bolte hain kesar milk peene ko, but scientifically it doesn't make baby fair. Just drink it for good sleep and health. Don't stress about skin color, a healthy baby is all that matters.
Honestly, baby's skin color is completely genetic, nothing we eat can change it. I used to worry about all these myths earlier, but my baby is beautiful just the way she is. Focus on eating healthy instead!
After losing my first pregnancy, I realized that skin color is absolutely meaningless. A healthy baby is a true blessing from God. Please just focus on your health and safe delivery.
I drank saffron milk and ate lots of oranges, but my baby has the exact same wheatish complexion as my husband and me. It's totally genetic, so don't believe those old myths.
