Honestly i ate so many fruits and salads this pregnancy and my skin actually loved it lol. Oranges, papaya, lots of greens. Eat colourful and drink plenty, the glow follows the food.
Water, water and more water, that was my biggest secret. Plus enough sleep and fruits. The famous pregnancy glow is real for some, but staying hydrated and eating well makes a clear difference.
I kept it simple, gentle cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen daily. Avoided strong actives since some arent recommended in pregnancy. If you use any treatment creams, just double check the ingredients with your doctor first.
Dont stress over it yaar, half the glow is just being relaxed and sleeping well. Drink water, moisturise, eat fruits, done. Some days you'll glow, some days you wont, totally normal.
Beta, ghar ki cheezein hi best hain. Thoda malai aur besan ka simple ubtan, lots of water and fruits. No need for fancy products. Pregnancy mein vaise bhi natural nikhaar aa jata hai.
