Third tri now and i just cant find a comfortable position yaar. Either kamar starts paining or i need to pee a hundred times. Im so tired in the day, pls share what worked for you all.
Listen, stop drinking water right before sleeping or you will spend the whole night in the washroom. Keep a pillow between your knees, sleep on your left side, and keep the room cool.
Instead of buying those expensive pregnancy pillows which cost a bomb, I just used two normal old pillows from home. Save that money for your delivery and baby vaccinations later, normal pillows work just as well!

I completely get it, the night anxiety and restless legs made sleep impossible for me too. Trying to stay off my phone and listening to calm music an hour before bed helped quiet my mind a bit.
Sleep on your left side to improve blood flow, and make sure you finish your dinner at least two hours before sleeping. A warm cup of milk before bed works wonders to prevent acidity too.
