Honestly this is bothering me more than morning sickness right now. Im in first trimester and it just wont budge no matter what i eat. What worked for you all?
I had to watch sugar so I focused on fiber from veggies, oats and a few soaked seeds rather than sweet stuff. Worked well. If nothing helps, ask doc before taking any laxative.
Constipation was the worst for me yaar. Water, water and more water, plus fruits like papaya and oranges and lots of veggies. Walking daily really helped get things moving.
Beta soak a few raisins or figs at night and have them in the morning, it really helps move things. Plenty of warm water and fiber food too. These are safe gentle things, no harm.
