I think I wrote it wrong maybe, I wanted to ask about when pregnancy pains start. I get small pulling feeling in lower tummy sometimes and then it goes away. Is this kind of pain common or should I call my gynac?
Please don't try to bring on pain yourself, that can be dangerous for you and baby. If you're near your due date and waiting for labour, let it start naturally or let your doctor decide. Trying things on your own is risky.
If you mean labour pains near the end, don't force it. When body is ready it starts on its own, or doctor induces if needed. Forcing anything early is not safe at all, talk to your gynac about your dates.
I know the waiting at the end is so tiring, but please don't do anything to start pain yourself. Light walking if doctor allows is fine, beyond that trust the timing. Your gynac will step in if baby needs to come.
If this is about getting labour going, the safest answer is don't self induce. If you're overdue or anxious, your doctor will assess and decide on induction. Best to raise it at your appointment instead of trying home tricks.
