Its been almost 7 months since delivery and still no periods. Im breastfeeding so maybe thats why? Just wondering when it usually comes back for everyone.
When I was fully breastfeeding, my period took longer to return, that's pretty normal. Once feeding reduced it came back on its own. Dont force it, it follows your body's rhythm.
It really depends on breastfeeding, can take a few months to over a year. Both my times it differed. Theres nothing to do to rush it, just let it settle and check with doc if concerned.
Mine came back around 7-8 months after delivery as I was nursing a lot. Every mom is different though. If it's been very long or you're worried, just mention to your gynac at a checkup.
