My baby is 4 months old now and i still dont feel like myself, the tummy and weight is bothering me a lot. Not in a hurry but want to start slowly without overdoing it. Mommies who got back in shape, how did u do it?
It is completely normal to feel anxious and insecure about your post-delivery body, I felt the exact same way. Please be gentle with yourself, you will slowly get back in shape, but mental peace comes first.
Haha, my pre-pregnancy body is currently hiding under layers of postpartum diaper changes and sleepless nights! Don't stress, the baby fat is a badge of honor, we will deal with gym later!
