We have been trying for 3 months and every period makes me sad. I know it can take time, but I want to make sure we are not missing basics. What helped you when you were trying?
Relax first, stress itself makes it harder. Eat well, sleep properly and time things around ovulation. It will happen, dont put a clock pressure on yourself beta.
We are also just starting out and feeling a bit nervous about it. Reading that tracking the fertile days helps a lot. Good luck to you, hope it happens soon for u.
I am trying too and started using an ovulation kit, it really helped me know my window. Also began folic acid early on doc's advice. Fingers crossed for both of us yaar.
Knowing your ovulation days, a healthy lifestyle and folic acid are the basics. A quick preconception checkup with your doctor is honestly worth it, they can spot anything early and guide you.
Track your ovulation, thats the biggest thing. The fertile window is the few days around it. Stay healthy, manage stress and be patient, it doesnt always happen in month one.
It can be easy for some and take time for others, depends a lot on your body. With my PCOS I needed my gynac's help to figure out cycles. If its not happening in 6-12 months, do get checked.
