third trimester and my lower back is killing me, especially by evening after doing ghar ka kaam. cant sleep properly also. what worked for you ladies, any small things that helped?
Some gentle prenatal stretches really eased mine, but I only did the ones my doctor approved. Short walks also helped loosen the stiffness. Please dont start anything heavy without checking with your gynac first.
Mild back pain is normal but if it is severe or sudden, please tell your doctor. Mine turned out to need attention so I always say get it checked if it feels too much. For normal aches, warmth and rest help.
Back pain hota hi hai na in pregnancy. Garam paani ki sikai and sitting with a cushion behind the back helped me. Bas zyada der ek hi position me mat raho, keep shifting ho na.
Back pain was my constant companion both times. A pregnancy pillow between the knees while sleeping helped a lot, and a warm water bottle on the back. Avoid standing too long and keep your posture straight.
