Around 20 weeks and I keep getting this dull pain in lower stomach on and off. Not severe but enough to make me uncomfortable. What do u all do for thoda relief?
First, check if it's gas or indigestion. Small, frequent meals, avoiding gassy foods, and drinking plenty of water usually help. If it's a constant ache, try to rest a bit. But seriously, if it's sharp or unusual, call your doctor. Don't try to power through it, especially during work hours. Your health and baby's health are priority.
I'm in my second trimester and have been feeling some lower abdominal cramps, almost like period pain sometimes. Is that what you're feeling too? I got worried and called my doctor, and she said it could be round ligament pain. Did anyone else experience this, and what helped you?
Oh, my heart goes out to you, sweetie! I totally understand how unsettling stomach pain can be when you're pregnant. It can make you so anxious. Please listen to your body and don't try to be brave. If it's more than mild discomfort, a quick call to your gynac will give you so much peace of mind. You deserve to feel comfortable and safe.
Stomach pain can be due to gas, indigestion, or round ligament pain, which is quite normal. Try drinking warm water, or a light ginger tea. Lying down or changing positions might help. But please, if the pain is severe, accompanied by bleeding, fever, or feels really different, don't delay, call your gynac immediately. Better safe than sorry.
I get these dull aches sometimes too, especially after a long day! Is your pain sharp or more like a cramping feeling? Sometimes I just lie down on my left side, and it helps a little. Are you experiencing it mostly after eating or randomly?
Oh, dear, I understand how scary any pain can be during pregnancy. Please don't ignore it. Even if it feels mild, it's always, always best to talk to your doctor right away. They can assess if it's something normal or needs attention. It's so important to be extra careful, so don't hesitate to reach out to your medical team.
