How to get relief from tooth pain during pregnancy?
One of my back teeth is paining since 2 days and its becoming unbearable at night. Im in 5th month and dont want to take any random painkiller. What did u all do for the pain, any safe gharelu thing?
I kept worrying that the pain would harm baby but doctor said the bigger risk is leaving infection untreated. So pls go to a dentist, just inform them you're pregnant. Meanwhile salt water rinse and avoid very hot or cold food.
Dont ignore tooth pain in pregnancy, gums get sensitive and it can get worse fast. Salt water gargle for now, but book a dentist and tell them you're pregnant. They'll do safe treatment, dont suffer with it.
Beta for small pain warm salt water rinse helps a lot, I used it. Clove also gives thoda relief if you press it gently near the tooth. But if pain is bad or there's swelling, go see a dentist, they treat pregnant women safely.
Please see a dentist rather than just taking a painkiller. Some pain meds arent okay in pregnancy. I had a tooth issue and the dentist handled it safely after the first trimester, so dont delay it.
My paati told me to do warm salt water and it did calm it down. But I still went to the dentist as my doctor said dental visits are safe in pregnancy. Better to get it checked than to keep enduring it na.
