The burning after meals is unbearable now in third trimester, i cant even lie down properly at night. What gives you relief? pls dont suggest medicines i just want some natural tips that actually worked for u.
Ugh the heartburn in late pregnancy was brutal for me. Small meals, no lying down right after eating, and propping up on extra pillows at night helped. Cold milk gave me relief too, but for the bad ones my doc gave a safe antacid.
Beta, a glass of cold milk or some saunf after meals used to soothe us a lot. Avoid heavy late dinners. For mild burning these home things are fine, but if it's severe and constant, do tell your doctor.
Eat small and often, avoid spicy and oily food, and dont lie flat after meals. Sleep with your head raised. If it's really bad dont pop any antacid yourself, ask your gynac which one is safe.
